The Peterborough Petes announced this afternoon that two more players have been reassigned.
Forward
Mitchell Burghardt - Cobourg Cougars
Defence
Rylee McKinnon - Cobourg Cougars
The Petes roster now sits at 29 players with three more pre-season games to be played. The team is expected to carry 24 players with the main club throughout the season.
"Both Rylee and Mitchell performed well throughout training camp and in pre-season games," said Petes GM Michael Oke. "They have demonstrated that they can compete at the OHL level. We will continue to monitor their development over the course of the season with Cobourg where they will be key players for the Cougars."
