
Petes Defenceman to represent Slovakia

Peterborough Petes News Release
The Peterborough Petes are proud to announce that defenceman Peter Ceresnak has been invited to represent Team Slovakia at the 2013 World Junior Championship taking place in Russia.
This is the third year that Peter will represent his home country of Slovakia at the WJC. He is scheduled to report to Slovakia on December 10th for a pre-event camp in Bratislava before departing for Moscow on December 23rd. The WJC runs until January 8th, 2013.
"The Slovak Ice Hockey Federation would be honoured to have Peter Ceresnak join the Slovak National U20 Team" states Otto Sykora, General Secretary for the Slovak Ice Hockey Federation in a letter to the Petes.
