Pensacola Blue Wahoos News Release
The Pensacola Blue Wahoos and Pensacola Training Academy (PTA) will host two youth baseball clinics this summer at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium. The camps are June 2nd - 3rd and August 7th - 8th from 9 a.m. to noon each day. Children ages 6-14 will have the opportunity to take the field and learn the fundamentals of baseball with their favorite Blue Wahoos players and coaches. All proceeds from the camps will support the PTA's summer programs that provide free tutoring and training for inner city youth.
The clinics will feature instructional stations focusing on every component of baseball, allowing children to rotate through each station for the complete baseball experience. Following the baseball clinic, participants will be treated to lunch. All players in attendance will receive an official clinic t-shirt.
Participation in the two-day youth baseball clinic is $145 and includes registration for the clinic, an event t-shirt and lunch. Fans interested in attending the Blue Wahoos and Pensacola Training Academy youth baseball clinic can sign up and learn more by visiting www.BlueWahoos.com.
