Wed., Nov. 19 - PENGUINS 2 vs. Portland 0
In his first shutout of the season, goalie Jeff Zatkoff made 23 saves to help W-B/Scranton to a 2-0 win over Portland. Andrew Ebbett netted the game-winner at 4:34 of the second period with a 5-on-3 power play goal.
Fri., Nov. 21 - Penguins 5 at ALBANY 1
Quick starts to all three periods helped W-B/Scranton build a five-goal cushion as they skated to a 5-1 victory over the Devils. Dominik Uher and Scott Wilson scored 18 seconds apart in the first 3:23 of the contest and the Penguins never looked back.
Sat., Nov. 22 - PENGUINS 2 vs. Manchester 3
W-B/Scranton battled back from a two-goal deficit, but Jordan Weal provided the decisive tally in Manchester's 3-2 win. Midway through the first, the Monarchs struck twice in 73 second to build the 2-0 lead. Jean-Sebastien Dea and Conor Sheary each scored on the power play for the Penguins to even the score.
The Week Ahead
Wed., Nov. 26 - Penguins at HERSHEY
Hershey is in second place in the East Division (9-7-1-0), three points behind the Penguins. Kris Newbury is tied for the AHL lead with 21 points (10G-11A). The Penguins have lost seven straight at GIANT Center.
Sat., Nov. 29 - PENGUINS vs. St. John's
The IceCaps are in second in the Atlantic Division (8-8-4-1) and have posted points in six straight games (5-0-0-1). Goaltender Connor Hellebuyck was named AHL Player of the Week, going 4-0-0 with two shutouts and a 0.74 GAA.
