
Penguins Roster Set for Opening Night

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins have announced their opening night roster for the 2015-16 season opener tonight at Providence.
The Penguins roster consists of 24 players, including two goaltenders, eight defensemen and 14 forwards.
The lineup includes 13 skaters who have played at least one game for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton during the 2014?15 season. The team also features two rookie skaters and one rookie goalie, as well as six veteran newcomers.
The Penguins are set to take on the Providence Bruins in the first game of the season at 7:05 p.m. tonight, Friday, Oct. 9 at the Dunkin' Donuts Center.
