
Pels Return Home June 21 for Six Games, Great Promotions

The Pensacola Pelicans will face the Shreveport-Bossier Captains and the Grand Prairie Air Hogs in a six-game home stand Monday through Saturday, June 21-26. Each day brings a different exciting promotion for fans to take part in.
Monday the Pelicans are allowing canines into Pelican Park for the second of four Mutt Mondays. The first game of the series against the Captains allows free admission to all dogs in attendance on June 21. Exciting doggy treats and prizes await the dogs and their masters.
On the 22nd, a Tuesday, the Pelicans are offering a Two-for-Tuesday special. Fans can purchase draft beer and fountain drinks at a two for one discount! This promotion takes place every Tuesday home game; it is a great deal so don't miss it!
For Wednesday the Pelicans are excited to announce that everyone is a winner because of the Win On Wednesday promotion. As fans leave the park at the end of the game, they will receive a Pelicans scratch off ticket. Prizes include free food & drink vouchers, merchandise, and tickets
On Thursday the 24th in anticipation of the new Twilight movie, Eclipse, the Pelicans are excited to team up with the Northwest Florida Blood Center to have some fun, be a community partner and contribute to the blood bank. The Northwest Florida Blood Center will have the blood mobile at Pelican Park from 5:30 to 7:30 and all donors will receive a Pelican scratch-off ticket. Tickets for this anticipated release will be hard to come by so the Pelicans are pleased to announce that all fans will have a chance to win a pair of tickets to the midnight release showing of Eclipse! Also fans will have plenty of chances to win great prizes and participate in Twilight themed games at the Park!
On Friday the Pelicans will host a hat giveaway. The first 1,500 fans through the gate will receive a free Pelicans hat sponsored by Pepsi & WEAR-TV3. Come early to assure that you receive a hat, gates open at 5:45.
To close out the home stand on Saturday, the Pelicans are pleased to host a spectacular post-game fireworks show sponsored by Pen-Air Federal Credit Union. In addition, it's also Girl Scout Night along with the Charity Butler book release! Charity Butler will be at the park signing copies of her new book during the game. The Pelicans, Charity Butler and Santa Rosa Medical Center are teaming up to help fight breast cancer. Proceeds from the book sales will go to breast cancer awareness. All fans are encouraged to wear pink to help the fight against breast cancer!
