
Pelicans Plan to Pack the Park

Pensacola Pelicans News Release
The Pensacola Pelicans are expecting their largest crowd of the season on Saturday, June 10. In addition to growing attendance numbers, it is Scout Night at Pelican Park where hundreds of Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts will be camping out on the field after the game.
The Pelicans would like to remind fans that Saturday's game has a 6:05 start time and the gates will open at 4:00 p.m. Make sure you make your way to Pelican Park early to ensure a better parking spot and seat at the field.
Shreveport has traveled to Pensacola to for a three game series, starting Friday night and ending Sunday. The Pelicans are 4-1 against the Sports this season and are closing in on league leading Coastal Bend.

GAME TIME CHANGE
The start time for this Friday's game (June 9) will be at 5:35 p.m. rather than the normal 6:35 p.m. The Pelicans will be finishing their game against the Shreveport Sports from May 28th when the game was suspended due to a power outage. The game will resume in the bottom of the 9th inning with the score tied 3-3.
Game two will start 20 minutes after the first game ends.
