Calgary, Alberta - The order for the 2010 WHL Bantam Draft was finalized with a draft lottery this morning at the Western Hockey League offices in Calgary.

Brad Robson from Lethbridge, Wade Klippenstein from Prince George and Colin Alexander from Seattle were in attendance, and Andrew Mark of KPMG supervised the lottery.

A Prince George ball was drawn, giving the Prince George Cougars the first overall pick in the 2010 WHL Bantam Draft. The second selection will be by Edmonton, the third pick will be by Lethbridge, the fourth selection will be by Seattle, the fifth pick will be by Regina and the sixth selection will be by Prince Albert.

Following is the order of selection for the 1st round and all subsequent rounds of the 2010 WHL Bantam Draft:

1) Prince George Cougars

2) Edmonton Oil Kings

3) Lethbridge Hurricanes

4) Seattle Thunderbirds

5) Regina Pats

6) Prince Albert Raiders

7) Chilliwack Bruins

8) Kamloops Blazers

9) Kelowna Rockets

10) Moose Jaw Warriors

11) Swift Current Broncos

12) Red Deer Rebels

13) Vancouver Giants

14) Medicine Hat Tigers

15) Kootenay Ice

16) Portland Winter Hawks

17) Spokane Chiefs

18) Everett Silvertips

19) Tri-City Americans

20) Saskatoon Blades

21) Brandon Wheat Kings (to Moose Jaw Warriors)

22) Calgary Hitmen

The Western Hockey League Bantam Draft will be on Thursday, April 29th in Edmonton.
