Three players, Shane McColgan, Matej Stransky and Josh Nicholls each have seven points for the Blades in the three games. The Pats look to redeem themselves today after a 9-0 loss to Saskatoon last night. The Blades snapped a two game losing streak with the win. Lead Up: Pats Come Up Empty In Saskatoon

It was the Blades show from the drop of the puck last night. Three goals in the first, three in the second and three in the third powered Saskatoon to a 9-0 home win. Matej Stransky had a four point night while Josh Nicholls pushed his goal total to 21 on the season. Andrey Makarov made 15 saves for his third shutout of the season.

Family Day

A matinee game is a great day to get the whole family out to the "˜Dome. Family packs including two adult tickets, two youth tickets, four hot dogs and four drinks are available at the box office. Lucky fans will receive a team poster courtesy of Sherwood Coop and there will be a post game skate with Pats players.

Flying Teddy Bears

If the "Teddy Bear Goal" is scored in the first fifteen minutes of the period, the game will be delayed to handle clean up of the toys. If the goal is scored in the final five minutes of the first/second period, the Blades will go to their dressing room while the Pats help clean up. After clean up, the zamboni will flood the ice and the teams will change ends before playing the final minutes of the previous period then immediately begin the next frame.

Getting the Job Done

Despite the Pats' tough loss in Saskatoon, the penalty kill did its job by not allowing a goal on six opportunities. In their last four games, the Pats have only allowed 3 powerplay goals on eighteen opportunities (83.3%).

Thank You Fans!

The Pats' previous home game (Wednesday vs. Red Deer) saw the team record its highest attendance figure of the 2012-13 season for Jordan Eberle Night. 5,858 fans took in the game.
