Pats Hit The Road For Swift Current

Regina, Saskatchewan -The Regina Pats will hit the road tonight, as their Eastern Conference Quarterfinals series now shifts to Swift Current for Games #3 and #4. The series is currently tied at one game apiece, as the Pats defeated the Broncos Friday night by the score 2-1. The Broncos then returned the favour Saturday night with a 5-3 victory of their own. Game #3 will go tonight with puck drop happening at 7:30PM. Game #4 will then go tomorrow night at the same 7:30PM start time.

The Pats will be without two of their top players Tuesday night, as the WHL came down hard on the team last night. The league handed forwards Brett Leffler and Jordan Eberle suspensions after separate incidents in Games #1 and #2 of the series. Leffler was given three games for a body check thrown Friday night, while Eberle was given one game for a check he threw Saturday night.

For fans that are looking to support the Pats on the road, a fan bus has been scheduled to travel to Swift Current for both games #3 and #4. The cost of the trip will be $45.00 /adult and $40.00 / student, per trip, and will include the round trip on the bus, as well as a game ticket. If fans are looking for individual tickets to tonight's game in Swift Current, they can contact the Pat Office. The Pats have a limited amount of individual tickets for Game #3 tonight and Game #4 tomorrow night, both in Swift Current.
