
Pats fall to Raiders

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats (37-24-5-5) dropped a 5-1 decision to the Prince Albert Raiders (31-37-2-2) in the final game of the regular season.
Similar to Friday night, the Raiders opened the scoring. Matteo Gennaro moved in on a two-on-one, toe-dragged into the middle of the ice and scored off the post for the opening frame's only goal. The middle period saw the Raiders strike 15 seconds into the period and with 15 seconds left in the frame off the sticks of Craig Leverton and Austin Glover for a 3-0 lead heading to the third. Sawyer Lange and Dylan Stewart added markers in the third for Prince Albert before Adam Brooks broke up Rylan Parenteau's shutout bid with 15 seconds left in the game for the 5-1 final.
