Regina Pats News Release
Regina, Saskatchewan - Four days in advance of the 2012 Western Hockey League trade deadline Regina Pats General Manager Chad Lang has swung a deal with the Vancouver Giants.
The Pats have given up a 3rd Round selection in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft in order to acquire 6'1 205lb defenseman Luke Fenske from the Vancouver Giants.
"We are excited to add Luke to our line-up." Commented Pats General Manager Chad Lang "He is a big strong puck moving defenseman and addresses our need of an experienced guy in the 93 age group where we were a little thin. I believe that this deal will help us now and moving into next season" added Lang.
