Frisco RoughRiders News Release
FRISCO, Texas - The Deep Ellum Brewing Party @ The Yard returns Thursday, April 19, featuring The Bachelorette's Luke Pell to open a four-game homestand through Sunday, April 22 at Dr Pepper Ballpark. Also as part of the BIGGEST promotional schedule in baseball history, this weekend includes Jurassic Park Night on Friday and the season's first Bark in Park on Saturday.
The Frisco RoughRiders, Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, face the Corpus Christi Hooks (Houston), with first pitch for the first three contests (Thursday-Saturday) at 7:05 p.m. and the series finale Sunday at 4:05 p.m.
Pell first captured America's heart after starring in season 12 of ABC's hit show The Bachelorette. Since leaving the show, the Burnet, Texas native has launched a career as a country music singer-songwriter and released his debut single, "Pretty Close."
Pell is making a special appearance at the BIGGEST party in North Texas. It's the place to be and be seen for DFW's millennials, singles and young professionals looking to get an early start on the weekend. The Party @ The Yard transforms the area of the ballpark beyond the outfield wall into an all-inclusive 21-and-up party scene. For just $10 per person presale ($15 at the door), Party @ The Yard guests will enjoy incredible drink specials including $1 beer, $2 crafts and multiple mixed drink offerings, along with unique food truck offerings, live radio DJs and tailgate games.
