The Whitecaps FC Youth Player of the Month for March is U-18 Residency goalkeeper Thomas Hasal.

Hasal, a native of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, started a pair of matches for the U-18s in the Development Academy this past month - a 4-0 win over De Anza Force and 4-2 win over Seattle. He also started all three matches for Canada at the recent CONCACAF Men's Under-20 Championship and was recognized as Saskatchewan's Youth Male Player of the Year at a year-end award ceremony on March 18.

"Thomas has an incredible desire to continually improve his game," said Residency/WFC2 goalkeeper coach Raegyn Hall. "He brings that desire and drive to his training daily in the Residency program. He's a pleasure to coach and I look forward to seeing Thomas continue to develop."
