
P.J.'s Diner and XCopper Win Home Opener Rinkboard Draw

Peterborough, ON- In a draw for the winners of the 2016 Home Opener Rinkboard Draw on Thursday, Petes Head Coach Jody Hull randomly selected P.J.'s Diner and XCopper. P.J.'s has won a rinkboard advertisement for the 2016-17 season, and XCopper has won a game night sponsorship.
The two local businesses were two of over twenty organizations that participated in the draw. Each group purchased fifty tickets to the Petes 2016 Home Opener on Thursday, September 22 at 7:05pm against the rival Ottawa 67's.
Due to the popularity of the contest, only a few Family Zone and Regular Bowl tickets remain for the Home Opener. Fans are encouraged to act quickly to secure seats for the highly-anticipated game on September 22, which will also feature the annual Home Opener Kickoff Party, fun activations by the PTBO Axe Club, free Peterborough This Week "Go Petes Go" cheer cards, and more.
