Owen Sound, ON - A pair of second period goals by the Owen Sound Attack helped hand the Erie Otters a defeat on the road, as the Otters fell short in a 3-1 decision Friday night.

Dane Fox put the Otters on the board late in the first as he put on the finishing touches from a nice pass by Connor Brown. Fox took Brown's pass and went forehand to backhand to beat Jordan Binnington for his 15th goal of the season.

The Attack roared back in the second with goals from Zach Nastasiuk and Mike Halmo to take a 2-1 lead after 40 minutes of play.

Cameron Brace iced the game early in the third period as he scored a shorthanded goal for the Attack.

Ramis Sadikov had a stellar game in net, making 33 saves for the Otters.

The Otters have a rematch against the Attack Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. Fans can listen to the action on JET Radio 1400.
