Saginaw, MI - The Saginaw Spirit scored early and never looked back as the Erie Otters lost at The Dow Event Center Sunday afternoon, 7-1.
Anthony Camara put the Spirit on the board two mintues and 29 seconds into the game with a wraparound goal, the lone tally of the first period.
The Spirit scored two more in the following period before the Otters scored with 1:45 to go in the second. *Connor Brown* whacked in a rebound off of a *Tyler McCarthy* shot for his 11th goal of the season.
In the third period, the Spirit added four more goals to complete the rout and win, 7-1. Jake Paterson made 43 saves for the Spirit, who were outshot by the Otters, 44-34.
