Ottawa 67's Come from Behind for Win
March 13, 2010 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Ottawa 67's News Release
The fans were treated to an amazing game last night as our 67's pulled out a fantastic 4-3 come-back win. Our boys came out flying, scoring less than two minutes into the game, but ended up going into the third period down 3-1. The boys then kicked it into gear showing the Generals who's arena it really was as our 67's scored three goals in less than three minutes making the score 4-3. This was a great win for our boys as they march towards the playoffs.
Last night was a very special night as the Ottawa 67's, with the help of CTV news anchor Max Keeping honoured Ottawa's first responders. Max was joined at Center ice by police chief Vern White, fire chief John DeHooge, and paramedic chief Anthony Dimonte. We would like to thank all of our first responders for all their hard work.
Both intermissions featured future 67's games, and neither team disappointed. The boys and girls kept us all on the edge of our seats with their hard shots and big saves. Great games guys, keep up the good work!
Make sure to come back Sunday March 14th when we take on the Sudbury Wolves in our 67's last game of the regular season. Make sure to keep an eye out for us, as we'll be writing you to, as always, from "In the Stands!"
