"Special Olympics Ontario has enjoyed a wonderful and interactive relationship with OHL over many years. This year is no exception. As many people know, Special Olympics is currently celebrating its 50th Anniversary - and look how far we've come! Hard to believe that the Special Olympics movement has been around that long. We continue to make a difference in the lives of individuals with an intellectual disability each and every day, and with the continued support of the OHL, our goal is to raise $50,000 for 50 years of changing and impacting the lives of over 26,000 athletes - Athletes Supporting Athletes - it doesn't get any better than this" said Glenn MacDonnell, President and CEO of Special Olympics Ontario.

"Our team is is very involved with our community and the surrounding area. This partnership provides a fantastic opportunity to give back to the Special Olympians in the Durham Region. To support an initiative like this, it is something we are proud to be a part of" said Vice President and General Manager, Roger Hunt.

Tickets for the game are still available!
