
Orlando Pride Announces 2022 NWSL Expansion Draft Protected List

ORLANDO, Fla. (Dec. 10, 2021) - The Orlando Pride has announced its protected players list for the 2022 NWSL Expansion Draft presented by Ally, which will see Angel City FC and San Diego Wave FC select players on Thursday, December 16.
Per league rules, teams are able to protect a total of nine (9) players, which may include one (1) U.S. allocated player. The full process and procedure document is available here.

The NWSL Expansion Draft presented by Ally will air Thursday, December 16 on CBS Sports Network and stream live on Paramount+ and CBS Sports HQ, the free 24/7 streaming sports news network. The draft will also stream live on the CBS Sports HQ Twitch channel and on the CBS Sports HQ and NWSL YouTube channels.
