
Orioles Recall RHP Radhames Liz From Norfolk

The Orioles have announced that RHP RADHAMES LIZ has been recalled from Triple-A Norfolk and will start tonight's game against the New York Yankees.
Liz rejoins the Orioles after being named International League Player of the Week for August 11-18. He posted a 0.64 ERA (14.0IP, 1ER) with 16 strikeouts in two starts over the span. In four starts overall after being optioned to the Tides on July 27, the right-hander was 2-2 with a 2.67 ERA (27.0IP, 8ER).
Liz is 4-3 with a 7.47 (47.0IP, 39ER) in 10 starts for the Orioles this season.
