IRVINE, Calif. - US Youth National Team player, Kobi Henry will make his first professional start tonight at center-back for OSCS. At 16 years and 4 months old, Henry will be one of the youngest players in USL history to make a start in the USL Championship. Henry made his official OCSC debut earlier in the week in the closing stages of the win versus the LA Galaxy II.

"We are very proud and excited for Kobi to make his first professional start for us tonight," said OCSC President of Soccer Operations, Oliver Wyss. "Since joining us a few months ago, Kobi has excelled in our professional environment and has earned his first start."

The 16-year-old center-back joined OSCS from Inter Miami CF Academy as a highly touted prospect in June. The Florida native made 16 appearances in the Development Academy this past season for Inter Miami CF Academy. Henry was selected to compete in the UEFA Development Tournament for the U.S. U17's held at St George's Park, England in February of this year.
