Opening Night Tickets on Sale September 22

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte Checkers today announced that individual tickets for the team's historic home opener at Bojangles' Coliseum will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at 10 a.m. The game against the Manitoba Moose on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m. will mark the Checkers' first game at the venue since 2005 and since the completion of expansive renovations currently underway at the coliseum.

On Monday, one day prior to the general onsale, fans may take advantage of limited-time presale opportunities on the Checkers' various social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, the official Checkers app currently available for iPhone and Android, and the Checkers Insider email newsletter. Specific presale information will be released on each respective channel prior to Monday's event.

Individual tickets for the team's other 37 home games go on sale Tuesday, Sept. 29, at 10 a.m. Prices for all Checkers games, including opening night, are reduced from last season and start at just $13. They can be purchased at the Bojangles' Coliseum box office or online via Ticketmaster when available. Season tickets, mini plans and group outings are on sale now.
