
Coyotes Sign Stefan Elliott to One-Year Contract

Springfield, MA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have signed defenseman Stefan Elliott to a one-year two-way contract. As per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.
The 24-year-old Elliott appeared in five games with the Avalanche in 2014-15. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound native of Vancouver, BC also registered 19-21-40 and 22 penalty minutes (PIM) in 64 games with Lake Erie.
Acquired on September 9, Elliott has totaled 43-52-95 and 46 PIM in 199 career AHL games and was originally drafted by the Avalanche in the second round (49th overall) in the 2009 Entry Draft.
