Ontario, CA - The Ontario Reign, proud American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL), visit the San Jose Barracuda tonight at 7:00 PT at SAP Center in San Jose, California. Tonight is the eighth and final regular-season meeting between the two teams.

Playoff Watch:

The Reign's magic number to clinch a playoff berth is five points. The number is reduced with points earned or teams outside the playoff picture failing to earn standings points.

Series at a Glance:

The Reign are 3-3-1-0 against the Barracuda this season and 2-1-0-0 at SAP Center. The two teams last met on February 18 in Ontario with the Barracuda prevailing 2-0. The Reign are 12-6-1-0 against the Barracuda all-time and 5-4-0-0 all-time at San Jose.

Ooooo Barracuda:

Barracuda defenseman Tim Heed and rookie forward Daniel O'Regan lead the head-to-head series with nine points (two goals, seven assists) each. Forward T.J. Hensick leads the Reign with seven points (seven assists).

O'Regan Rolling:

Barracuda rookie forward Daniel O'Regan leads all AHL first-year players with 54 points (21 goals, 33 assists).

Shorthanded Specialists:

The Barracuda are tied for the AHL lead with 14 shorthanded goals. Forward Barclay Goodrow is tied for first with four shorthanded goals and leads the league with six shorthanded points.

What A Run:

Since falling to the Reign 7-2 on January 21, the Barracuda are 22-3-1-2 including a 14-game winning streak (January 25-February 26).
