Only Five Suites Remain Available in Dynamo Stadium for 2012 Season

HOUSTON, TX (Tuesday, November 22, 2011) -- Only five suites remain available for purchase for the inaugural season of the Houston Dynamo's new downtown stadium, it was announced today.

Suites include 14 tickets to all stadium events and one of the best views in the facility, located around the stadium just eight rows away from the field. Suites include flat-screen TVs, a high-top table with a view of the field, a refrigerator, and food and beverage options.

"Suite sales for the new stadium have gone extremely well," said Steven Powell, Dynamo senior vice president of business development. "The downtown location of the new stadium and the unique position of the suites, just eight rows from the field, have generated great enthusiasm in the Houston corporate community. We anticipate selling out all available inventory before the end of 2011."

Facts and figures for Dynamo Stadium suites:

* All interiors are fully air-conditioned

* Suites are located along both sidelines

* Suites are conveniently accessed from the concourse level and are immediately adjacent to many spectator amenities

* Suite concourse door is secured with an electronic ticket-scanning lock. Suite is only accessible to patrons having a ticket to an individual suite

* Interior of each suite is approximately 264 square feet

* Suite stadium chairs are fully exterior, covered by sideline roof canopy yet an integral part of the action and crowd atmosphere

* Suite stadium chairs are upholstered and theater style. Each chair comes with its own cup holder

* First row of suite stadium chairs is only eight rows from the pitch, making them some of the closest suites to the pitch in MLS

* Suites are elevated only about 14 feet above the pitch with enhanced sightlines above seating sections below them

* Two 42-inch flat-screen HDTV monitors are included in each suite

* Interior suite finishes are modern custom and high end. Finishes include porcelain tile flooring, walnut custom cabinetry with granite/wood countertops and stainless steel trim, wood ceilings, wood-finished refrigerator door, and stainless steel plumbing fixtures

* Angular wood ceiling treatments in each suite plays off the exterior stadium geometric design

* Many products incorporated into the suite design assist in the project's overall goal of achieving LEED-certified status

* Each suite is accessible and is designed in accordance with TAS and ADA standards

* Dimmable suite lighting for concerts and other events
