Omaha Beef To Hold National Anthem Auditions March 5

Omaha, NE - The Omaha Beef, professional indoor football team, will hold auditions for their 2008 national anthem performers on Wednesday, March 5, at 7:30 p.m.

The location for the auditions will be the Whiskey Roadhouse, located inside Horseshoe Casino, 2701 23rd Avenue, in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Performers must be at least 21 years old to participate. If performers are younger than 21, they are asked to please contact the Beef office at (402) 346-BEEF (2333).

Missy Hardersen, Marketing and Entertainment Manager for Horseshoe and Harrah's Casino, looks forward to having the auditions at the Whiskey Roadhouse.

"We're excited to host the event and support the Omaha Beef for the 2008 season," Hardersen said.

The Beef's home schedule is as follows:

March 15th against Bloomington

March 29th against Sioux Falls

April 5th against RiverCity

April 26th against Colorado

May 3rd against Wichita

May 17th against Billings

June 14th against Sioux City

The Omaha Beef will open their 2008 home season versus the Bloomington Extreme on March 15, 2008. All home games will be played at the Omaha Civic Auditorium.
