BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. -- Ollin Omnimedia has partnered with the Chicago Red Stars of Women's Professional Soccer to provide bilingual webcasts in English and Spanish for Red Stars home games during the 2010 WPS season, available at www.ChicagoRedStars.com.

Ollin Omnimedia opened the season with a broadcast of the team's 1-1 draw against Saint Louis Athletica on Saturday, April 17, at Toyota Park. Jorge Trujillo and Enrique "Tico" Fernandez provide the Spanish webcast, and Rob Coons handles the play-by-play for the English webcast. An English or Spanish version also is available through an iPhone webcast.

"We are very excited to be partnering with Ollin Omnimedia to provide a high quality webcast of so many of our home games for WPS and Chicago Red Stars fans," Red Stars General Manager Marcia McDermott said. "We believe it is crucial to provide a platform for a greater number of fans to be able to see the entertaining soccer being played in this league."

Ollin Omnimedia is broadcasting all but two regular-season home games. The two matches not available through a webcast are Chicago's June 6 match against the Atlanta Beat (the game is available on Fox Soccer Channel) and the team's Sept. 5 game against the Washington Freedom.

Red Stars webcasts are archived on www.ChicagoRedStars.com throughout the season in case you missed the action online, or could not attend the match at Toyota Park.

Most Red Stars home webcasts broadcast live, but this Sunday's 5 p.m. match against defending WPS champion Sky Blue FC will be shown on a delay because of Fox Soccer Channel's WPS Game of the Week between Saint Louis Athletica and the Boston Breakers. The Red Stars versus Sky Blue webcast will air after the FSC match at 7:30 p.m.

Ollin Omnimedia and the Red Stars are providing extensive multimedia outreach that sets a high standard for WPS's second season and the eight organizations within the league. Aside from webcasts, Ollin Omnimedia also produces Panorama Deportivo Magazine (panoramadeportivo.net),

Colombia Hoy (colombiahoy.net), La Maquina Deportiva Radio (lamaquinadeportiva.com) and depor13.net.
