LAST GAME: Oklahoma completed the four-game sweep of Albuquerque last night with a 3-2 win. The Isotopes held a 2-0 lead after Tagg Bozied's second inning home run, but the RedHawk answered with runs in the fifth, six, and seventh for the victory. Elizardo Ramirez pitched seven innings for his ninth win and Kiko Calero struck out the only batter he faced for his first save as a RedHawk. The win marked Oklahoma's first four-game winning streak since sweeping Nashville from June 9 through 12.

SWEET SWEEP:

Oklahoma has swept four series this season including the recent four-game stretch against Albuquerque. The RedHawks have swept Nashville twice (both four-game sets) and New Orleans once (three-game series) in addition to the four straight wins over the Isotopes. All four sweeps have come at AT&T Bricktown Ballpark.

CRUZ SIGHTING:

Nelson Cruz was held out of the RedHawks starting lineup each game during the Albuquerque series, but did make two appearances. The All-star outfielder pinch ran in the 13th inning and scored the winning run in Monday's victory of the Isotopes, and pinch hit for Drew Meyer in the eighth inning last night, grounding into a double play. Oklahoma is 9-9 when Cruz is not in the starting lineup this season.

CLUTCH PERFORMANCES:

Ryan Roberts and John Mayberry keyed the RedHawks four-game sweep over the Isotopes this week. Oklahoma outscored Albuquerque 14-6 during the series. Roberts drove in five runs during the set, and has driven in one run or more in each of his last six games. Mayberry drove in three runs against Albuquerque, including the game winning RBI in each of the last two victories.

ANOTHER ALL-STAR:

Joaquin Arias was added to the PCL All-Star roster yesterday. Fresno's Ivan Ochoa was recalled to the Giants, so Arias will fill his roster spot. The RedHawks shortstop is recovering from 2007 shoulder surgery, but has performed well this season, batting .288 and is tied (with Ochoa) for the league lead with 20 stolen bases. Arias will join fellow RedHawk Nelson Cruz on the All-Star roster. Cruz was elected for a starting spot in the outfield.

BIG APPLE BOUND:

Taylor Teagarden will leave the RedHawks at some point this weekend to travel to New York for Sunday's Futures Game. Teagarden, a native of Carrollton, TX, will be one of three catchers on the U.S. roster. Fellow Rangers prospect Elvis Andrus is one of the infielders on the World roster. Andrus is currently playing for Double-A Frisco. Current Rangers Max Ramirez and Chris Davis were also selected, but will not play.

ROUND ROCK AT A GLANCE:

The Express have fallen back into third place in the division and trail the RedHawks by nine and a half games entering play tonight... Round Rock had won eight straight before dropping three of four to Iowa... Mark Saccomanno was added to the PCL All-Star roster, giving Round Rock two representatives this year.

DOT-DOT-DOT:

Steve Rowe will make his tenth start for the RedHawks tonight and 20th overall appearance. The right-hander is 2-3 as a starter this season holds a 4.24 earned run average... Former Express pitcher Brian Gordon will make his fourth start of the season in Sunday night's game... Monday's game at Round Rock will be televised locally on FSN Southwest. The Broadcast will start at 7 pm. It will be the first RedHawks road game ever broadcast back to the Oklahoma City area. Jim Byers will handle to play-by-play duties for the broadcast.

ON THE AIR:

Every game this season can be heard on the RedHawks Radio Network, led by broadcaster Jim Byers for the ninth season, and joined by Adam Marco during each homestand. Fox Sports Radio AM 1340 in Oklahoma City will serve as the flagship station in 2008. The network affiliates this season are KSIW 1450 AM in Woodward, KXCA 1380 AM in Lawton, KPNS 1350 AM in Duncan, KTJS 1420 AM in Hobart, KGFF 1450 AM in Shawnee, and KWSH 1260 AM in Wewoka.
