OKC Heads to SLC Looking for Third Straight Win

Energy FC (5th, 9-8-9, 36 points) are back on the road after a four-goal, first-half, flurry propelled the Greens to a big home win over Austin Bold FC last Saturday. An own goal caused by Rafael Garcia was followed by a Goal of the Week contender from Garcia, and then Christian Eissele and Deshorn Brown added goals to the put the game out of reach. Cody Laurendi was also nominated for the USL Championship's Save of the Week for his penalty save in the second half.

This week, OKC heads west to take on Real Monarchs SLC (6th, 10-8-5, 35 points), a team they've lost to on all three occasions they've met in Salt Lake City. The sides met once this season already and played to a 1-1 draw at Taft Stadium on May 18.

Deshorn Brown still leads OKC with 10 goals, Omar Gordon has the most assists with seven, and Laurendi is now at a league-leading 84 saves.
