*Don't Get Stung:* The Tulsa Oilers host the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees tonight, in the only visit to the BOK Center this season by Rio Grande Valley.

*Records: *Oilers are 10-20-5 with 25 points in fourth place in the Northeast Division.

Rio Grande Valley is 18-15-3 for 39 points in third place in the Southeast Division.

*Season Series: *This is the first of only two meetings this season between the two teams. They will meet for the second and final time on February 6^th at Rio Grande Valley.

*Recent Action: *Both teams are coming off 3-2 wins on Saturday night. The Oilers posted their first overtime/shootout win with a shootout victory of Mississippi. Rio Grande Valley got its win at home against Amarillo.

*Heading South:* Not only is tonight the first game between these two teams, it's the first time in 16 games the Oilers have played a team from the Southern Conference.

*Hot Bees:* Rio Grande Valley comes into tonight's game riding a five game winning streak, tied with Colorado for the longest current winning streak in the CHL. It's the second time Rio Grande Valley has won five straight, as the Killer Bees began the season winning their first five games.

*Super Sean:* Sean Collins scored two goals for the Oilers Saturday night, including the shootout game winner. He became the first shooter in 12 attempts to score on Mississippi goaltender Kevin Beech.

*Dandy Davis:* Goaltender Davis Parley posted his first win for the Oilers Saturday night, stopping 37 shots in regulation time, including a penalty shot, and then all five shots he faced in the shootout.

*Next Up: *The Oilers continue a five game homestand on Thursday night when they will host the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs at 7:05 p.m. Rio Grande Valley will continue a four game road trip, visiting the Mississippi RiverKings on Friday night.
