QUICK NOTES:
- The Oil Kings were the first team to knock off the undefeated Moose Jaw Warriors last week. MJ had been 8-0-0-0 before Edmonton upset them in a dramatic comeback fashion late in the game.
- The Oil Kings just came off a 4-game road swing east in Manitoba and Saskatchewan for the first time this season picking up 3 of a possible 8 difficult points.
- Davis Koch has picked up where he left off last season and now has 10 points (5G,5A) in 11 games.
- Trey Fix-Wolansky is off to a nice start this season collecting 15 points (6G,9A) in 11 games. He is now 14th in WHL scoring.
