After five seasons of competitive hockey in Kingston, the Frontenacs hit the rebuild button. With star forward Shane Wright down the middle, they look to return to prominence with a young group under sophomore head coach Kurtis Foster.

2018-19 Record: 14-52-1-1, 30 points (5th East Division)
