ASHEVILLE, NC-- In honor of three significant headlines commencing into the 2015 season of Asheville Tourists baseball, each official game worn cap will feature an iconic patch on the right panel to the side of its primary logo. These customized caps will be worn by players and coaches during the games this season and are available for fans to own.

The signature patch on the Home Cap is of the 2015 South Atlantic League All-Star Game Presented by Ingles, which will be played on Tuesday, June 23 at McCormick Field.

The patch on the Away Cap is a memorable logo honoring the 2014 South Atlantic League Champion Asheville Tourists. The 2014 Tourists won a league best 89 games and brought the city of Asheville its second championship in the past three seasons.

The Alternate Cap, which is worn by the Tourists at home on Thursdays and Saturdays, will dawn the iconic 100 year Tourists Anniversary logo. It was in 1915 when the professional baseball franchise in Asheville was first referenced as the Tourists.

In order to secure your own one of a kind 2015 Tourists cap, visit www.TheTouristsTrap.com anytime. Caps are also available inside The Tourists Trap at McCormick Field. Store hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm.
