Modesto Nuts News Release
The game between the Modesto Nuts and the Stockton Ports has been postponed due to rain on Wednesday, May 4th. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, May 14th in Stockton. The first game on the 14th will begin at 5:05 p.m. Both games will be seven (7) innings.
The Nuts resume their road trip tomorrow night in Visalia. Game time is 6:35 p.m.
The Nuts return to John Thurman Field on Monday, May 16th against the Bakersfield Blaze. Tickets are available on www.modestonuts.com
Don't forget about the 9th Annual Sports Banquet and Memorabilia Auction on Thursday, May 19th. Hall of Famer Tommy Lasorda will be the keynote speaker. Tickets are now available for $40 by calling the Modesto Nuts (209) 572-HITS (4487). All proceeds will benefit PeaNUT's Fastball Foundation for Kids and the YMCA of Stanislaus County.
