Northern Arizona Wranglers Announce 2023 Player Tryouts

The Wranglers are excited to announce the official date for the 2023 open player tryouts.

The Northern Arizona Wranglers will hold open tryouts on Saturday, March 4th, 2023, to help assemble the roster for the upcoming season. Head Coach Les Moss and the entire Wranglers coaching staff will be evaluating all players during the tryouts.

The open tryouts will be held at Bradshaw Mountain High School in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

The fee for pre-registration online is $60, and registration in person on the day of the event will be $80.

To pre-register for $60, please use the link below, and follow the prompts. When you pre-register online, you will receive a digital ticket for entrance via email. Please have your QR code ready on your phone or printed for entry.

In-person reregistration/check-in will begin at 8:00 A.M. sharp and end at 8:55 A.M.

Same day in-person registration fee of $80 must be paid in cash.

The on-field evaluation and testing will start promptly at 9:00 A.M.

Some further details about what the tryouts will entail are as follows.

Players will be required to sign a waiver at check-in to participate in tryouts.

The playing surface of the tryout is field turf.

Participants must provide their own cleats, shorts, and accessories.

Tryouts will be non-contact, pads and helmets are NOT necessary.

Participants must be prepared upon their arrival - locker room facilities will NOT be available, although restrooms will be accessible.

Participants must provide their own water/Gatorade

Participants will be tested in the 40-yard dash, short shuttle, position-specific drills as well as one-on-one drills.
