SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The Sioux Falls Storm Indoor Football Team is pleased to announce the signing of Linebacker James Brown for the 2023 IFL Season.
Brown put together a very productive rookie campaign with the Green Bay Blizzard during the 2022 IFL season. He finished 2nd in the league in tackles (96) and 7th in tackles for loss (14.5). The 6-1 defender also added four sacks and two interceptions to his season stat line.
The Menominee, WI native was named to the 2022 IFL All-Rookie Team and was one of four rookies to be named an All-IFL First Team Selection.
Brown played three years of collegiate football at Northern Michigan University, where he posted 56 tackles (42 solo) in 28 games played. He won the Wildcats' Most Improved Player award in 2016.
Season tickets for the 2023 season are on sale now, with single game tickets available for purchase on Wednesday, March 1st. The 2023 regular season includes seven home games, with the home opener scheduled to kick off on Sunday, April 9th at 5:05 p.m. CT against the Iowa Barnstormers.
