
Noah Robinson Commits to Mississauga Steelheads

Mississauga, ON - The Mississauga Steelheads are pleased to announce that forward Noah Robinson, has committed to the team.
Robinson was acquired early last month in a trade with the Sudbury Wolves in exchange for the Steelheads' 8th round pick in 2016. The Mississauga native was selected by the Wolves in the 6th round, 101st overall, at the 2013 OHL Priority Selection. Robinson played his minor hockey with the Toronto Marlboros of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League where he recorded 45 points (21 goals, 24 assists) in 60 games during the 2012-13 season.
Robinson also suited up as a member of Team GTHL Royal that same season at the OHL Gold Cup, posting 2 goals in 5 games. Last season Robinson appeared in 25 games with the Selects Hockey Academy 16U, contributing 31 points (15 goals, 16 assists) in 25 games
With the addition of Robinson, the Steelheads have added some more home-grown talent to their line up for the fast approaching 2014-15 season. Head Coach and General Manager, James Boyd is excited to have Robinson join the Steelheads line up, adding "Noah is a hard working player who brings a physical element to our hockey club. =FD We look forward to watching Noah further his development in the OHL."
The Steelheads welcome Noah and the Robinson family to the Mississauga Steelheads organization.
