
NLL announces dispersal draft results

The league's ten member clubs selected players earlier this evening in a dispersal draft. Craig Conn was selected first overall by the Minnesota Swarm, while the Anaheim Storm picked up Rory Graves with the second selection. Full draft results are below:

**The Toronto Rock traded their first round selection (Sixth overall) in tonight's dispersal draft to the Minnesota Swarm, in exchange for Minnesota's second round selection in the 2005 Entry Draft.

OGILVIE, GILL SIGN WITH ROUGHNECKS
December 15, 2004
The Calgary Roughnecks have signed free agent forward Chris Gill, and free agent forward Andy Ogilvie to one-year contracts. Gill, an unrestricted free agent, enters his ninth season in the league. The veteran forward is closing in on 400 career regular season points, with current stats of 231 goals and 153 assists (384 points). Gill had previously played for the Vancouver Ravens from 2002-2004 and was a member of two championship teams during a three year stint with the Toronto Rock (1999-2001).
Ogilvie played five full seasons for the Buffalo Bandits, and split the 2004 season with the Vancouver Ravens and Buffalo. In 54 regular season games, the defenseman scored 12 goals and added 54 assists (66 points). The veteran also scooped 385 loose balls and picked up 258 penalty minutes. Ogilvie was instrumental in the Bandits Champion's Cup Playoffs run last season.
