
New York Liberty Announces Home Dates for WNBA Playoffs First Round

NEW YORK, NY - September 10, 2015 - The New York Liberty announced today its home dates for the 2015 WNBA Playoffs First Round. The Liberty will open the postseason at Madison Square Garden against either the Washington Mystics or Indiana Fever on Friday, Sept. 18, at 7 p.m.
Game Three of the First Round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs, if necessary, would be played at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday, Sept. 22.
WNBA Eastern Conference Playoffs First Round
Game 1 Madison Square Garden Friday, Sept. 18 7 PM MSG Network/NBATV
Game 2 at Indiana/Washington Sunday, Sept. 20 1 PM ESPN
Game 3 Madison Square Garden Tuesday, Sept. 22 TBA ESPN2
With two games remaining in the regular season, New York sits at 23-9 overall and has clinched home court advantage throughout the WNBA Playoffs for the first time in franchise history. The Liberty has posted a franchise record 23 victories so far this season, and is 12-4 at Madison Square Garden.
New York will play its regular season home finale at The Garden on Friday night against the Washington Mystics at 7:30 p.m.
