
New York Begins Three-Match Road Trip on Wednesday at New England

HARRISON, N.J. - The New York Red Bulls (4-4-0, 12 points) begins a three-match road trip on Wednesday at New England Revolution (6-1-2, 20 points). Kickoff at Gillette Stadium is set for 7 p.m. ET with coverage on MSG and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
Coverage on MSG begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with the Red Bulls Pregame show. Steve Cangialosi will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Shep Messing and Michelle Gingras.
New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 6 p.m. EST with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley. Stefano Fusaro will carry the Spanish play-by-play responsibilities, beginning at 6:30 p.m. EST.
Wednesday's match will be the 78th MLS regular season game between New York and New England, with the Revolution owning a 32-28-17 mark. This will be the 39th meeting at between New York and New England at Gillette Stadium with the Revolution owning a 24-6-8 advantage over the Red Bulls. New England enters the game on a five-match unbeaten streak and have posted a 4-0-0 mark at Gillette Stadium this season. They have only conceded two goals at home this year.
After posting a career-high eight saves last time out against New England, goalkeeper Carlos Coronel has only conceded one goal in his last two matches. He recorded his third shutout of the season on Friday, June 18 against Nashville SC, which is tied for fourth in MLS.
New York have won their last two matches defeating two unbeaten teams and outscoring them, 4-1. The Red Bulls will be looking to extend their winning streak to three matches for the first time since 2018, which extended from September 22 to October 6 with wins over Toronto FC (2-0), Atlanta United FC (2-0), and San Jose (3-1).
Following Wednesday's match, New York continues their three-match road trip on Sunday at Atlanta. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET on MSG, MSG Go, and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
