New Season Starts Now

As the first half of the season came to an end yesterday, Your Shorebirds were going for their eighth consecutive victory. Unfortunately it came to end with an extra-inning loss to the Lakewood BlueClaws, but during that 7-game winning streak the Boys of Summer played some outstanding baseball, outscoring their opponents 54 to 20!

The 'Birds start the new season home at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium:

Bob Dylan & Willie Nelson to Play at Perdue Stadium!

Two musical legends Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson will share the concert stage in a memorable night of classics on Saturday, August 14, when the two perform live at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium in Salisbury, MD.

Tickets will go on sale on Saturday, June 26 at 10 a.m. All seats are general admission and can be purchased for $47 on Saturday, June 26, beginning at 10 a.m. at the box office at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium or charge-by- phone at 1-877-639-3728. Tickets can also be ordered on online by visiting the www.theshorebirds.com. Special group and food packages are available by calling 410-219-3112. The concert will kick off at 6:30 p.m. and gates open at 5:30 p.m. with opening act The Hot Club of Cowtown hitting the stage to kick off the concert of the summer!

WILL not BE HERE, but Your Shorebirds are throwing a Coors Light Silver Bullet Bash in the Hardball Cafe every Thursday night game left in the season. Starting this Thursday, June 22 for ONLY $10 ($6 for Season Ticket Holders) you will receive a ticket to the Hardball Cafe, a Pepsi Value Meal and $2 beers!!! Gametime: 7:05pm / Gates Open: 6pm

Watch in awe as fireworks blast off in celebration of life, liberty, and in honor of our troops that have protected this great country. Sunday, July 4th at 7:05pm - Your Delmarva Shorebirds take on Charleston (WV) Alley Cats, catch all the action of Minor League Baseball and see major excitment of The Daily Times 3rd Annual Red, White and Blowout Fireworks Spectacular! The Best Baseball, The Best Fireworks, The Best 4th of July - THE TICKETS!

Shorebirds Honor U.S. Troops

Starting July at our 7:05pm game, Your Shorebirds will kick off their "Freedom Weekend Celebration"

Honor our freedom with America's favorite past time and those that protect our way of life. July 2 – Freedom Day Celebration – Salisbury Elks #817, Salisbury Moose Family Center #65, The Tony Tank Redman Lodge #149, Marine Corps League, VFW Post #194 & #8274, Crisfield Elks Lodge #1044 and the American Legions Post #94 & #145 will be providing military personnel and their families with 500 complimentary tickets. Plus, all weekend long we will be collecting toiletries, phone cards and new clothes for our troops overseas. There will military equipment on display, fireworks, and don't forget to bring in photos of your loved ones to be displayed on our 2nd floor concourse display - The "Wall of Honor." Double Header in Delmarva!

Right after Wednesday's, June 23, 1:05pm game versus Lake County Captains, the second game will begin - senior citizen's softball game between the senior citizen's of Worcester County against the senior citizen's of Ocean Pines. One ticket, two games on Silver Slugger's Day with our very own Senior Softball Match.
