New partners join forces with Grrrowl

GREENVILLE, SC â The Greenville Grrrowl of the ECHL, proud affiliates of the Chicago Blackhawks and Edmonton Oilers, have announced that two new marketing partners have joined forces with the Grrrowl for the upcoming season. ADVANCE AUTO PARTS and MICHELIN/DISCOUNT TIRE, CO. have agreed to multi-level marketing strategies that will expose their products and services to the hockey fans of the upstate.
"Advance Auto Parts is proud to be a new corporate sponsor of the Greenville Grrrowl", stated Gerritt Smith, Advance Auto Parts Sports Marketing Coordinator. "This new partnership will allow us to reach more people in and around the area through exciting promotions and giveaways. Advance strives to be the best in the auto parts aftermarket as do the Grrrowl in the ECHL."
Some of the elements of the marketing agreement with the Roanoke, VA based company, include in-arena signage and video display, in-game and game night promotions, as well as exclusive sponsor on the back of all Grrrowl game tickets.
MICHELIN/DISCOUNT TIRE, CO. has been a strong community leader in the Upstate of South Carolina and around the world for many years. The Michelin/Discount Tire brand will be featured during the hockey season with placement of in-ice logos. The Michelin/Discount Tire name brings a great deal of clout in business circles, and continues to strengthen the partnership that the Grrrowl has with a wide variety of corporate clients.
"The new partnerships with Advance Auto Parts and Michelin/Discount Tire are relationships that we have cultivated over the past year," commented Todd Benson, Centerplate Director of Corporate Sales.
