
NC Courage Announce Closed-Door Preseason Matches

North Carolina Courage News Release
Cary, NC - The North Carolina Courage will host three collegiate teams in preseason matches ahead of the 2021 NWSL Challenge Cup. All matches will be closed-door, with no fans allowed in attendance. Live updates from the preseason games will be posted to the NC Courage social media channels.
First, the Courage will face Wake Forest University this Friday, February 26 at 6 pm. The Courage will then have two preseason games in March. The first will be against UNC on Saturday, March 6, and the second against Virginia on Saturday, March 27.
A limited number of media members and photographers will be able to attend the preseason matches. Media members who wish to attend Friday's preseason match against Wake Forest University should email mbirkedal@northcarolinafc.com.
The NWSL has announced that the NWSL Challenge Cup is set to begin on April 9. The regular season will begin on May 15.
