RIO GRANDE VALLEY'S HARRIS SIGNS WITH WASHINGTON WIZARDS

The Washington Wizards have signed Mike Harris of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers to a ten-day contract. He is the 15th GATORADE Call-Up of the 2009-10 season and joins 71 other NBA players with NBA D-League experience. Harris has appeared in 28 games for Rio Grande Valley this season, averaging an NBA D-League-high 26.2 points to go with 9.8 rebounds (fourth in the NBA D-League) and 1.8 assists. He has scored in double figures in all 28 games, while recording 13 double-doubles this season. This is the 6-6 forward's second stint in the NBA this season as he earned the season's third GATORADE Call-Up when he signed with the Houston Rockets on Dec. 23 where he averaged 2.5 points and 6.0 minutes in two games for the Rockets.

CLEVELAND'S GREEN AND JACKSON ASSIGNED TO ERIE BAYHAWKS

The Cleveland Cavaliers assigned forwards Danny Green and Darnell Jackson to the Erie BayHawks, Cleveland's NBA D-League affiliate. The assignments mark the 21st and 22nd time NBA players have been assigned to an NBA D-League affiliate this season. Green, a rookie out of North Carolina, has appeared in 13 games this season, averaging 2.5 points and 5.2 minutes. He scored a career-high six points in 10 minutes in a 109-95 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Jan. 27 at Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena. Jackson, in his second year with the Cavaliers, has appeared in 23 games for Cleveland this season, scoring 18 points in 92 minutes and rejoins the BayHawks following two assignments during the 2008-09 season. While with the BayHawks, Jackson averaged 19.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 25.5 minutes. During his career, Jackson has averaged 1.6 points, 1.4 rebounds and 7.1 minutes in 74 NBA games.

Rob Kruz led all scorers with 25 points for the visiting Fort Wayne Mad Ants. Teammate Dan Dickau tallied a double-double with 14 points and 11 assistsRussell Robinson led Maine with 23 points and five assists, Morris Almond finished with 21 points, six rebounds and four assists while Paul Davis powered his way to 17 points and eight boards.

27 players with NBA D-League experience competed in 11 NBA games last night, 6 as starters.

Starting for Washington, Andray Blatche scored a game-high 24 points to go with eight rebounds and five assists.

Aaron Brooks finished with a team-high 24 points and added eight assists and six rebounds, as a starter for Houston.

As a starter for Philadelphia, Lou Williams scored 19 points, four rebounds and three assists.
