Arkansas Travelers News Release
North Little Rock, AR-The Arkansas Travelers fell into an early hole on Saturday night and dropped the opener of their homestand, 10-4 to the Northwest Arkansas Naturals in front of a crowd of 7,156 at Dickey-Stephens Park. Northwest Arkansas scored three in the first and led throughout the game. The Travs never came to bat to open an inning trailing by fewer than three runs. Tyler Jackson, starting in his Double-A debut was tagged with the loss. The Naturals bullpen pitched 4.2 innings of one-run ball with Yunior Marte getting the victory.
Moments That Mattered

After Northwest Arkansas pushed their lead to five the Travs bounced back with a two-run double from Joseph Odom in the bottom of the inning.
The Travs threatened for big innings in the fifth and sixth but settled for one run each time. Naturals pitching was able to stall the threats and strand the bases loaded in both frames.
