From the Notes

Brugman Earns the Honor: Sounds outfielder Jaycob Brugman was named the PCL Player of the Week this afternoon. He hit .467 (14-for-30) with 12 RBI, 9 runs scored, 7 doubles and 2 home runs to help the Sounds go 5-2 over the last week. He led the PCL in hits, RBI, doubles, total bases (27) and was tied for first in runs during the red-hot stretch. In 22 games since being promoted from Double-A Midland, he's hitting .333 (33-for-99) with 25 RBI, 18 runs scored, 14 doubles and 3 home runs. The 33 hits and 14 doubles lead the league during that time frame.

Lucky Number 7: By winning last night's game, the Sounds took three of five from the Oklahoma City Dodgers to secure their seventh consecutive series win. The stretch started on May 14 when they swept Fresno. They took three of four against Sacramento before sweeping both Las Vegas and Salt Lake. Nashville then took two of three against Round Rock before taking three of four from the Storm Chasers. They're 23-5 over the 28 game-stretch.

That's a First: For the first time this season, the Sounds scored a win after trailing after seven innings. Oklahoma City had a 4-3 lead after seven only to see the Sounds score four times in the final two frames to grab a 7-4 win.

Splitsville: The home/road splits for the Sounds continue to grow. At First Tennessee Park, the Sounds are hitting .231 as a team with 15 home runs in 31 games. On the road, they're hitting .278 with 44 home runs in 32 games.
