From the Notes
Santana's Smooth Start: INF/OF Danny Santana is off to a hot start at the plate with six hits in his first 12 at-bats. After two hits Opening Day, Santana piled up three knocks Friday night and put his hitting streak at three games with a base hit last night. Overall he's 6-for-12 with 3 runs, 1 double, 1 RBI and 2 walks. Santana is tied for third in the Pacific Coast League in hits.
Walks get Flipped: Through the first two games of the season, Nashville pitchers issued only two walks which was second-fewest in the league. After issuing nine walks last night, Nashville's 11 walks is now tied for sixth-most in the league.
Three x Three: The trio of Danny Santana, Eli White and Carlos Tocci have hit safely in all three games in 2019. Santana is 6-for-12, White is 4-for-10 and Tocci is 4-for-12.
Setting the Pace with Walking: Nashville outfielder Willie Calhoun drew another walk last night, his sixth of the season. He leads the PCL in free passes with six in the early going. Calhoun has 168 career walks against 242 strikeouts.
Well Attended: 10,010 fans piled into First Tennessee Park for last night's game. It was the first sellout of the season and 76th in ballpark history.

Tim Dillard (@dimtillard) is coming into the game to add to his @nashvillesounds franchise record for IP. You know him for his fun online persona, but when I took him to play bingo, I learned that he's also one of the all-time good dudes in the game:
