Nailers Welcome Home New Ticket Director

The Wheeling Nailers, the 'AA' Affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins announce today that the team has hired Matt Blair as the new Director of Ticketing.
Blair, a native of Weirton, West Virginia is a graduate of Weir Madonna High School and West Liberty University.He began his sports career as an intern for the Nailers in 2007-08 handling game operations, ticket sales and customer service for the team. He accepted his first pro job as a group ticket sales executive with the South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL where he had worked the past two seasons.
" I want to thank Rob and Jim Brooks for the opportunity to come back and work for the Wheeling Nailers organization." said Blair. I had a great two years down in Charleston, South Carolina, but I am very excited and happy about being back home and working for the Nailers. I look forward to to meeting all the fans throughout the summer and at the games this season."
"It is always exciting when you can help bring a Valley resident back home to work" said team Vice President Craig Bommer. " Matt will help energize our ticket department and is a welcome addition to the team."
Matt is currently the fourth Ohio Valley resident currently working in Nailers office.
