
Nailers to Participate in Miracle Treat Day

WHEELING, WV - The Wheeling Nailers, the "AA" affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers, announced today that Spike and the Nailers Staff will be on hand at the Elm Grove Dairy Queen on Thursday, August 9th from 4 to 6 p.m. to participate in Miracle Treat Day.
The Nailers encourage everyone to purchase a DQ Blizzard Treat on Thursday August 9th to help the Children's Miracle Network. Proceeds from every Blizzard sold that day will go to the Children's Miracle Network.

The Nailers will open the 20th Anniversary season with a game against the Johnstown Chiefs on Oct. 18th. It will be a rematch of Game 7 from the first-ever ECHL Finals. Wheeling will open their home schedule on Oct. 26 against the South Carolina Stingrays.
